Shop School: Course, Community & Support to learn and succeed on Shopify

Most of my clients use Shopify's Basic $39/month plan. Part of the course will be going over the plans to help you choose, but it's safe to say the Basic plan works for most people in Shop School. 

You won't need paid themes or apps, but you can use them if you like. The course is not theme specific: I use a variety of examples to show you to make things work with whichever theme you have.

The bonus module on apps will teach you about how to choose apps and which free and paid apps I recommend.

This course is not built for techies, it's built for people who have never used Shopify and have never built their own site. You don't need to have design or coding skills to accomplish this and build yourself an amazing Shopify site.

There are lessons in the course to guide you through the different ways to transfer products and reviews from Etsy to Shopify.

Yes, we have many non Etsy sellers on Shopify. Some have their own brick and mortar stores or some sell exclusively on their own websites (or plan to).

If your website isn't performing the way you want it to, with Shop School you can redesign your existing site with my support. There are likely things you missed along the way setting up your store, so reviewing the pre-launch content is still helpful and an excellent way to brush up your Shopify skills and understand the platform.

From there, I'll review your website and give you targeted feedback on what to do next. For some of you, it may be a new theme (especially if you're not yet on Online Store 2.0). For others, it may involve updating your existing theme. Either way -- you'll be able to improve your site.

And the post-launch content will help you learn marketing and more advanced Shopify customizations. 

Yes, you can complete the entire course at your own pace. When you join Shop School, you'll have access to the course material and Facebook group for 12 months. You have flexibility on when to start, so if you're not able to attend live, you can come back and watch at a time convenient to you.

Essentially, yes. There are elements of the course that can be applied to any e-commerce platform. All of the tech trainings and tutorials are Shopify specific.
