Before I design a single element, I want to understand your business deeply.
We start with a one-hour strategy call covering where you are now: what you sell, how customers find you, what questions they ask repeatedly, what makes your brand different. And where you’re going — so your new store will be designed to grow with you and support your goals now and in the future.
The better I understand your business and your customers, the more I can hit the ground running and make something better than you imagined, that your customers will love shopping.
Stage Two
Build
Over 15 years of web design I've refined a process that eliminates the back-and-forth, the long email chains, and the project that drags on for months.
My process is three focused days, three built-in review calls, and changes made live so you can see them happen in real time — not described in an email and interpreted later. You'll have a launch date you can count on.
Stage Three
Launch & Handoff
You’ll leave with resources for exactly how to use your site.
Before your site goes live, we do one final review call — giving you time to sit with it, look at it on all your devices, and come back with real questions rather than first reactions.
Then I build you a custom tutorial library. Short videos made specifically for your store, so when you're ready to update something, you'll have a video to guide you through.
I’m still available for questions — but you won’t be dependent on a designer to manage your site.
