Step 1: Book Your Spot
After checkout, I'll email you with a questionnaire so I can learn more about your business and products and access your Shopify store as a collaborator.
Timing: within 1 business day of purchase
Step 2: Setup Begins
Once I have your info, I’ll get to work installing the Shopify Email app (if not already installed), authenticating your domain, cleaning your list, and building your core automations.
This includes:
- Welcome email flow
- Cart abandonment automation
- Browse abandonment automation
- Branded template setup
- Signup form
I'll send you the previews of all of the emails for your approval. One round of revision is included.
Timing: 5 business days after receiving your intake form
Step 3: Final Review + Walkthrough
Once setup is complete, you’ll receive a short video walkthrough showing you how everything works, what to do next, and how to send your first campaign with confidence.
If you’ve booked the Strategy Session add-on, we’ll schedule your 30-minute call to plan out your next few emails and answer any questions.
Timing: 3–5 business days after step 2
